SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Vellune Aura! We are dedicated to bringing you high-quality, affordable beauty essentials with reliable delivery. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. 

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows
Because we source our items directly from global suppliers to keep your retail prices as affordable as possible, our standard shipping window is 7–12 business days from the date of shipment. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure your beauty essentials arrive on time, unexpected customs delays or postal service backlogs may occasionally extend these windows.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Vellune Aura is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at velluneaura.help@gmail.com with photos of the packaging so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
