RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vellune Aura, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your beauty routine! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, subject to the safety guidelines below:

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Strictly Enforced)
Due to the sanitary and health nature of personal care cosmetics, skincare products, nail treatments, and hair care items, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS. If the safety seal is broken or the cosmetic product has been tested, a refund cannot be issued.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our website's Contact Form or email us at velluneaura.help@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
